He called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived he patiently listened to my concerns and got to work. Turns out, the ignitor needed to be replaced. He was super quick and efficient, and I appreciate that he took the time to explain what was going on to me, showing me that the flame wasn't turning on.
